These terms describe the operational rules for using Zhoomi Shop. By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to follow them.
Using the store
Use the site only for lawful shopping, account, review, and support activity. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content, or misuse another person’s account.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for protecting access to your account. Email verification and server-side account status are required for protected actions. Contact support promptly if you believe an account or order was used without permission.
Catalogue, pricing, and stock
Product availability, the server-generated checkout quote, inventory reservation, coupon eligibility, shipping charge, and final order total are confirmed during checkout. A product shown in the catalogue is not reserved until the order transaction commits. If the authoritative quote changes, checkout asks you to review it again.
Payments and orders
Online payments are collected through Razorpay; eligible orders may offer cash on delivery. We do not receive or store full card details. An order is complete only when its payment or COD state is confirmed by the server. Duplicate submissions are reconciled using stable order and payment identifiers.
Delivery and tracking
Configured orders are fulfilled through Delhivery. Carrier scans and estimated dates are informational and may change. The order page shows the most recent status committed to the store; Delhivery’s tracking page remains the carrier source for an issued AWB.
Returns, cancellations, and refunds
Contact support before sending an item back. Eligibility and next steps depend on the order, item condition, payment state, applicable policy, and rights that apply by law. A refund is not represented as complete until the payment ledger records the provider result.
Reviews and content
Submit reviews based on your own experience and do not include unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or privacy-invasive material. Reviews may be moderated or removed when they violate these rules. Public review names are abbreviated and do not expose customer or order identifiers.
Privacy and mandatory rights
Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Notice. These terms do not exclude or limit any consumer, privacy, refund, warranty, or other right that cannot lawfully be waived.
